What is a seat service?
A seat service is a service whereby the registered seat service provider provides the official address of your company's registered office, handles your company's official documents and mail, and forwards them to you.
All in all, it's an office for your business, you don't need to deal with it. Since SimpleTax's seat service is conditional on an accounting contract, you can manage your online inbox and offline mail in one place.
What are the advantages of a seat service?
- Do not lose the possibility of free chimney sweeping of your property
- There is no risk of having to pay utility rates at market prices because of the registration of the company (= because of the sole entrepreneurship would lose the utility rate reduction)
- No consent of the owner required
- You don't have to worry about the visibility of your business (e.g. a mandatory notice on your letterbox)
- You don't have to deal with the post, we do it for you

IMPORTANT!
Our seat service is only available to SimpleTax contracted clients, so an accounting contract is required. It is available to all our existing contracted Clients and is also available to new and existing sole entrepreneurs who choose to have us book their business. Termination of the accounting contract also means immediate termination of the head office service.
