Once you've decided that you want to continue as a sole proprietor, the process is incredibly simple and straightforward:

Fill out the business startup form below with the most important basic information. You must have an existing Client Gate (Ügyfélkapu) account of DÁP registration to get started.
Official registration
After finalizing the details, we’ll launch your business on the desired date and register it with the Chamber of Commerce and the local municipality.
Information & Starting
We will notify you of the next steps and let you know when your business can officially begin operations.
Starting to work together
We will send you the accounting contract; once you sign it, we will seamlessly take over your ongoing tax and accounting tasks.
The registration fee is 5000 HUF, payable to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
