Who can opt for flat-rate taxation?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a general rule, only and exclusively self-employed persons, i.e. not companies in corporate form, e.g. Bt., Kft. In addition, even as individuals, flat-rate taxation is not an option. In any case, it is necessary that the entrepreneur is registered as a sole entrepreneur and has a tax number established by the tax authority - NTAC (NAV).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Igen. Amennyiben nem \u00e9v k\u00f6zben v\u00e1lasztja az \u00e1tal\u00e1nyad\u00f3z\u00e1st a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3, hanem a teljes ad\u00f3\u00e9vre vonatkoz\u00f3an, \u00fagy az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9vi bev\u00e9tel nem haladhatja meg az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9ves minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r t\u00edzszeres\u00e9t (26 680 000 Ft), illetve csak \u00e9s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag kiskereskedelmi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get folytat\u00f3 v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3 eset\u00e9ben az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9ves minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r \u00f6tvenszeres\u00e9t (100 440 000 Ft).<\/p>\n

Emellett az aktu\u00e1lis ad\u00f3\u00e9vre vonatkoz\u00f3an, amennyiben nem \u00e9v k\u00f6zben kezdi meg a tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3, a bev\u00e9tel nem haladhatja meg a  34 896 000 Ft-ot, illetve csak \u00e9s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag kiskereskedelmi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get folytat\u00f3 v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3 eset\u00e9ben a 133 400 000 Ft-ot.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you have decided to become self-employed, all you have to do is:<\/p>

  1. Fill out our business start up form<\/a> to let us know your intentions and share the most important basic information we will need to get you started, the first and most important of which is the existing Client Portal (\u00dcgyf\u00e9lkapu) registration.<\/li>
  2. Once we've confirmed your request and agreed all the details, we'll launch your business on the day you want*, which involves the following steps:
    1. We register you as a flat-rate self-employed<\/li>
    2. We will register your start-up with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry**<\/li>
    3. We register your establishment with the municipality where your headquarter is located<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    4. We'll let you know what to do next and how to start your business.<\/li>
    5. We will send you the accounting contract, which you can sign to start working together.***<\/li><\/ol>

      * Starting your business on the same day, on weekends and holidays costs gr. 14 990 HUF.<\/p>

      ** The registration fee is 5000 HUF, payable to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.<\/p>
